Thank you for shopping with Next Layer Ltd. We are committed to ensuring that your order is processed and delivered promptly and securely. Please review the following policy before placing your order.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
During periods of high order volume or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
All orders are shipped within the United States via UPS. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. External factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or seasonal demand may affect delivery schedules.
Domestic Shipping Only
Next Layer Ltd. currently ships to addresses within the United States and its territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number will be sent. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Next Layer Ltd. is not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to errors provided by the customer.
If you identify an error in your shipping information after placing an order, contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to update the address prior to shipment, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Next Layer Ltd. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by UPS.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the claim and work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our policies.
